Baywash Auto Repair has been the trusted automotive repair facility for Collingwood and Southern Georgian Bay for over 20 years. We run modern shop management software (AutoLeap) and equip our team with current-generation scan tools, scopes, and diagnostic equipment. We're growing — and we're adding capacity to our shop floor.
The Role
We're looking for a technician to join our team. We're open to all experience levels — 310S licensed or apprentice on the path to certification. Consistent work, fair dispatch, and a foreman who runs the shop floor — not from an office.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair vehicles across a wide range of makes and models Perform maintenance services, brake jobs, suspension work, and driveability repairs Use scan tools and scopes for diagnostic work Complete digital vehicle inspections through AutoLeap Work alongside the foreman and other technicians on complex jobs Communicate findings clearly to the service advisor team
What We're Looking For
- Strong diagnostic instincts and logical problem-solving Genuine passion for the trade Comfortable with scan tools and scopes Clear communication with team members 310S certification is an asset — apprentices and all techs are also encouraged to apply Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
