Speedy Auto Service is looking for a Customer Service Representative!

As our Customer Service Representative, you will act as a brand ambassador and deliver a positive experience to all customers. In this position you will be responsible for serving customers in person, by email and via the telehone while following all procedures and policies.
A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative at Speedy Auto Service:
- Greet and welcome clients using the Speedy Customer Service Standards.
- Provide service to customers by reviewing the services offered and cross-sell different programs by explaining the advantage of our multiple service offerings.
- Sell the Speedy Auto Services and provide outstanding customer service, in order to build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Communicate and interact with clients throughout the different technologies such as text messages, emails, online videocall, etc.
- As required, assign the work order to technicians.
- Print, review and educate customers on Scheduled Maintenance requirements specific to their vehicle, using applicable technology such as SSMS, Mitchell, etc.
- Set convenient appointments with the customers, based on the shop availability.
- Keep the customer database up to date to ensure efficiency.
- Other related tasks as required.
Our ideal candidate:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
