Indoor Playground Manager

Freshgo Distribution Ltd. is hiring a hands-on Indoor Playground Manager to oversee the daily operations of our in-store indoor playground facility in Mississauga.

Compensation: $48,000–$58,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the indoor playground, including opening/closing procedures, safety inspections, and facility upkeep
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise playground staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, capacity limits, and child supervision protocols
- Manage bookings, birthday parties, and special events
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and basic operational reporting
- Liaise with store management on staffing needs and facility improvements
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory/management role, ideally in family entertainment, recreation, retail, or childcare settings
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) — required to serve our customer base
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
- Comfortable with physical duties (cleaning, light lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
