Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $90-105K/year, depending on experience
- Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to sales, installation, and administrative staff
- Drive branch performance by monitoring sales KPIs, revenue, profitability, and operational goals
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused culture across all departments
- Coach and develop the sales team through performance management, pipeline reviews, and ongoing mentorship
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and de-escalation while maintaining a positive work environment
- Oversee branch operations, customer satisfaction, facility management, and safety compliance
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and business growth initiatives
- Monitor branch financial performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience
- Must reside in Calgary, AB or surrounding area
- Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales professionals
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, business development, forecasting, and performance management
- Excellent conflict resolution, de-escalation, and employee relations skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational metrics
- Highly organized with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving abstract
