Syndicate Transport Ltd. is an asset based, full truck load carrier providing service throughout Western Canada. We are headquartered just outside of Calgary in Rocky View County. Operations including dispatch and customer service are maintained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at both Calgary and Edmonton branches.

We are looking for a Certified Heavy-Duty Truck and Trailer Mechanic.
Under general supervision of the Shop Manager, this individual performs various shop duties.
Job Duties:
- Inspecting and testing malfunctioning vehicles to identify issues.
- Preforming regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, battery checks, tire rotation, and brake inspections.
- Repairing or replacing faulty parts of vehicles.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the mechanic shop.
- Assisting in maintaining an inventory of parts and tools.
- Required to attend and perform mobile service calls as needed.
- Transporting vehicles to and from the mechanic shop as needed.
- Adhering to safety procedures and protocols at all times.
- Provide technical diagnosis and perform maintenance on various makes and models.
- Heavy lifting and other duties as required.
- Work safely and abide by Syndicate OH&S policies.

Job Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years of experience working on Semi-Truck and Trailer.
- Red Seal Certification.
- Volvo and Mack engine experience.
