Position Title: Field Supervisor (Roofing)
Location: Regina
Summary of Job Description:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position will supervise multiple Production crews and Subcontractor crews. This position will also be working directly with the Operation Manager and Project Manager on pre-job inspections, project planning and project scheduling. This position will also coordinate the labor for projects.

Must have good working knowledge of Roofing procedures and safety

Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational/time management skills

Excellent follow-up skills

8 years Roofing/construction sales experience required

3 years of customer service experience required

Valid driver’s license (in good standing) is required

Experience with: EPDM, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC, and/or NPPO
