PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

At Terra Breads we take the time and use quality ingredients to make the highest quality artisan baked goods from scratch. These are sold in our own Bakery/Cafes in Vancouver, and in grocery and specialty stores, restaurants, and hotels in Canada and the US.

**Full-time positions – must be available to work weekends. Evening shift 4:30pm - 12:30am**
THE ROLE:
The primary goals of the Production Team Members is to assist in preparation and packaging of high-quality baked goods.
- Prepare and package food products according to Terra Breads standards, ensuring consistent quality.
- Inspect products, label and package accurately, and follow production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of packaging and food preparation.
- Follow all safety, food handling (FoodSafe, HACCP), and equipment operation procedures.
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties to maintain a high standard of workplace cleanliness.
THE RIGHT FIT:
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment (we welcome candidates with potential and a willingness to learn)
- Can perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation: Ability to lift/carry, push, and pull up to 23kg regularly, work in varying temperature environments ranging from -18 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius, able to walk/stand for up to 4 hours in length and work around elevated noise level, manual dexterity to fulfill cleaning duties and operate all necessary equipment
- You work in an efficient and organized manner
- You have good communication skills.
- First Aid and/or FoodSafe certification are assets.
