Position Overview:
· Manage all aspects of freight invoicing activities for customer shipments.
· Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices and payables.
· Review and process vendor invoices and submit documentation to the Accounting team.
· Distribute approved invoices to customers in accordance with established processes.
· Monitor outstanding billing items and assist with resolving invoicing discrepancies.
· Maintain accurate shipment files and ensure timely closure within the Hensall Global system.
· Support month-end closing activities by meeting required deadlines.
· Collaborate with Account Coordinators and other internal teams as required.
· Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient workflow.
· Understand and follow all Hensall Global Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Post-Secondary education in business, logistics or related program.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic and cross-border transportation.
· Solid understanding of domestic and cross-border transportation. (truck, intermodal and rail)
· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
· Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Effective organizational skills.
· Ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
· Proven ability to own and manage deliverables and deadlines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· A positive and professional attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with all team members and customers.
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard business applications.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
