Maderra Personnel is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Offshore Construction Supervisor for a short term contract.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate offshore construction activities and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Monitor work progress, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with operations, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety meetings.
- Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions as required.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in offshore construction supervision, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and offshore operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic Survival Training (BST) required.
- Relevant trade certification, technical training, or equivalent experience considered an asset.
