About Us
i2Canada is a growing immigration consulting firm based in North York. We help clients navigate Canadian immigration pathways with care, precision, and a results-driven approach. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant who will play a hands-on role in driving client acquisition, managing our digital presence, and supporting business growth.
About the Role
As our Marketing Assistant, you'll be the engine behind our paid advertising, lead generation, and day-to-day marketing execution. This is not a passive support role — you'll own campaigns, work directly with our team, and see the impact of your work on our pipeline. You'll work closely with leadership and have the opportunity to grow with the company.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to generate qualified immigration leads
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjust budgets, refine targeting, and report on ROI
- Manage our CRM pipeline — track leads, follow up systematically, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate research, content drafting, audience analysis, and workflow productivity
- Coordinate with our designer to brief social media content, ad creatives, and marketing materials
- Manage and grow our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Support email marketing, landing page optimization, and conversion-focused content
- Analyze customer journey data and recommend improvements to our funnel
- Stay current on immigration industry trends and audience behavior to inform marketing strategy
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a service-based business
- Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads — you should be comfortable setting up campaigns, managing budgets, and reading performance data without supervision
- Daily working fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content, research, and productivity
- Fluency in Persian/Farsi and English — this is required, as you'll be working with our Persian-speaking client base
- Some CRM experience and a structured approach to lead management
- Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not gut feeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible to work in Canada
Nice to Have
- Experience in immigration, legal, education consulting, or a similar trust-based service industry
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and tag management
- WordPress or basic landing page editing experience
Why Join Us
- High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership
