At Ambère & Co, we are preparing to introduce something entirely new to Edmonton — a first dedicated niche perfumery destination. Ambère & Co is not a traditional perfume store. It is an immersive, sensorial space created to inspire exploration, curiosity, and emotional connection through scent. Our vision is to create an atmosphere where guests can slow down, step away from the outside world, and experience fragrance as a form of self-expression and art.
As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking passionate, client-minded Sales Associates to join our founding team. You will be the face of our boutique, welcoming our very first guests and guiding them through a completely new world of olfactory artistry.

A Collaborative Role from the Very Beginning
This is not a passive retail position. As a founding team member, you will work closely with our boutique leadership to shape the atmosphere of Ambère & Co.

What You’ll Do
This role is a blend of host, sensory guide, visual storyteller, and brand ambassador. Your focus will be on delivering an unhurried, elevated guest experience while keeping our boutique flawless.
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and introducing them to the concept of niche perfumery
- Guiding personalized scent journeys that help clients discover fragrances that resonate with them
- Building lasting relationships through thoughtful, authentic clienteling and follow-ups
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, visual merchandising, and aesthetic alignment
- Supporting inventory flow, including unpacking new arrivals, organizing stock, and counting inventory
- Contributing positive energy and collaborating closely with your team to help the boutique succeed
Who You Are
You are someone who takes immense pride in your work, enjoys genuine human connection, and has an eye for aesthetic detail.
You likely bring:
- 2+ years of experience in retail, specialty beauty, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- A deep curiosity for fragrance, beauty, art, design, or sensory experiences
- A warm, polished, and authentic presence that makes luxury feel inclusive and welcoming
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to tell stories and listen deeply
- Reliability, initiative, and a helpful, proactive team mindset
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and select evenings or event dates
