Expand Staffing Solutions is seeking dedicated and hardworking MHE Operators to join our client’s team at Nelson Road, Richmond. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environments.

Position Overview
The successful candidate will perform a variety of warehouse operations, including order picking, forklift operation, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role involves repetitive lifting of 50+ lbs and requires efficiency, accuracy, and physical stamina.
There is potential for growth and cross-training at the facility.

- Candidates must have their own vehicle, as public transit services are not regularly available to this site.
- There will be a significant onboarding and training period.
- Candidates must be willing to actively participate in documentation, compliance, and training processes, even though the initial phase may be repetitive and administrative in nature.
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Crown Sit-Down Counterbalance, High-Reach Truck, and Order Picker forklifts safely and efficiently
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners
- Label, pack, palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage orders
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments
- Prepare goods for outbound deliveries
- Complete waybills, shipping labels, and documentation
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts and manual labor
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and complete accurate data entry
- Assist with product put-away and shelf restocking
- Build pallets or crates when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs
- Follow all health & safety regulations, including proper PPE usage
- Support special warehouse projects or audits as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Forklift Licenses (Mandatory): Sit-Down Counterbalance, High-Reach Truck, Order Picker (Certification from an accredited school; in-house licenses not accepted)
- Minimum 1–2 years of Canadian warehouse experience
- Experience in order picking, inventory control, and shipping/receiving
- Physically fit – able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with AS400, Microsoft 365, and WMS
- Strong data entry and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to perform both general labor and MHE duties
- Access to a personal vehicle is mandatory for reliable transportation
- Successful criminal background check required
