Computer Technician – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Computer Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptops, desktop computers, and mobile devices.
- Perform component-level repairs, including:
- Motherboard repairs
- LCD/screen replacements
- Charging port repairs and soldering
- Small component replacements
- Repair and service:
- iPhones
- Android phones
- iPads
- Other tablets
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Diagnose and repair MacBooks and other Apple devices.
- Provide technical support and ensure high-quality repair standards.
Lenovo Authorized Service Center Requirements:
- Complete Lenovo certification training and examinations.
- Follow Lenovo repair procedures and service standards.
- Perform authorized Lenovo warranty and repair services.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Interact professionally with customers in person and over the phone.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide repair updates.
- Handle challenging situations and customer concerns with professionalism.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in computer and mobile device repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with soldering and component-level repairs.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Apple hardware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and obtain Lenovo certifications.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
