Pay & Benefits
- Paid training: $20-$24/hr (based on performance & experience)
- After training: $22–$27/hr (based on performance & experience)
- Up to 5% your wage extra in performance bonuses!

Schedule
- Day shifts only (typically between 7am–6pm)
- Full-time: 30–40 hrs/week
- Part-time: 8–30 hrs/week
- Weekdays or weekends available
- Student-friendly schedules welcome
What You’ll Be Doing
- Residential cleaning
- Move-out & deep cleans
- Short-term rental turnovers
- Commercial cleaning
- Basic carpet cleaning
- Standard-height window cleaning
- Patio cleaning & light junk removal
We provide all equipment, supplies, uniforms, and paid training.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Pride in delivering high-quality work
- Friendly and customer-service oriented
- Able to travel around Greater Victoria (vehicle preferred)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Clean criminal record
- Leadership experience is an asset (not required)
Cleaning experience is helpful but NOT required. We train the right people.
Requirements
- BC Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
- Personal vehicle preferred
- Ability to commute to job sites in Greater Victoria
