The Mission
Real African Healer bridges authentic traditional wellness with modern client delivery. We are expanding our London operations and need a back-office engine—someone who can orchestrate our supply chain, manage client pipelines, and keep our day-to-day business perfectly structured.This is not a passive desk job. You will be the central point of contact connecting our healers, our inventory, and our global clients.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Inventory & Shipping Mastery: You will own the lifecycle of our natural remedies, from tracking stock levels in our London office to ensuring international shipments clear customs without delays.
- Flawless Client Flow: You will oversee our digital booking ecosystem, managing complex schedules across multiple time zones and maintaining a zero-error rate in client communications.
- Platform Management: You will maintain our e-commerce backend, updating product availability, troubleshooting order issues, and pulling weekly performance reports.
- Vendor & Healer Relations: You will act as the primary liaison for our suppliers and practitioners, coordinating logistics and managing internal documentation.
Who You Are:
- The Organizer: Chaos stresses you out. You naturally build spreadsheets, checklists, and workflows to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- The Executor: You have 2–4 years of experience running operations, logistics, or project coordination. You don't wait to be told what to do; you look at the goals and execute.
- The Communicator: You possess top-tier professional English skills. You know how to talk to suppliers, calm down anxious clients, and manage expectations with management.
- The Local: You are based in or near London, ON, and can reliably work out of our Oxford Street West location.

Pay: $39,229.43-$76,708.63 per year
