Your local neighborhood tire & auto shop is currently on the lookout for a new full-time Licensed Class A Automotive Technician to join our team.
Here at Benson Certified Auto Service, we strive to be the destination for all our customers’ vehicle needs. Our team performs skilled manual work in the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles. In the Automotive Technician role, you would hold a crucial position in our shop as you would:
- Conduct repair work on motor vehicles
- Determine the cause of issues
- Establish the extent of repairs required
- Replace and adjust parts as necessary
- Perform vehicle road tests
- Other duties as required
We are on the lookout for a candidate that has brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, is passionate about cars, in addition to:
- Class A/310S license
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- 2 years of prior experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated skill in auto repair and maintenance
- Confidence and aptitude to work independently
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Adept at problem solving
- Experience working in a team environment
- Familiarity with automotive related products
- Experienced with troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of tools and equipment
- Outstanding analytic skills (electronic and emission diagnostic a must)
- Own tools
