We are seeking an accomplished Experienced / Advanced Medical Laser Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and enjoys working with a broad range of advanced laser technologies and treatment modalities.
This position is ideal for an experienced laser clinician who wants to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment while building a long-term career within a national organization known for investing in its people.
Responsibilities -
- Deliver advanced laser and energy-based treatments in accordance with Dermapure's clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Perform a broad range of treatments including, but not limited to:
- Laser hair removal
- IPL and photo rejuvenation
- Pigmented and vascular lesion treatments
- Skin resurfacing and rejuvenation
- Acne and acne scar treatments
- Body contouring and skin tightening technologies
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessment.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, home care, and medical-grade skincare recommendations.
- Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and ongoing treatment planning.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse injectors, Clinic Directors, and fellow clinicians to provide integrated patient care.
- Support consultations and mentor less experienced team members when appropriate.
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical documentation, infection prevention, and patient safety.
Qualifications -
- Diploma in Medical Aesthetics or Aesthetics.
- Advanced certification in laser and light-based technologies.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience performing medical laser treatments in a medical aesthetic or dermatology environment.
- Strong knowledge across multiple laser platforms and treatment indications.
- Experience with technologies such as Sciton, Clarity II, CoolSculpting, Clear + Brilliant, Thermage, or other advanced energy-based devices is considered a significant asset.
- Excellent consultation and patient communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build patient trust and long-term loyalty.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence.
- Professional, collaborative, and motivated to continuously develop your expertise.
