Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food service, kitchen management, and food production. Mazimize sales through drive thru as well as in store service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Train and supervise staff in all aspects of restaurant operations, customer service, and food handling.
- Must maintain policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Manage all expenses according to the business needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.-

Skills:
- Strong background in restaurant management with a focus on food service and kitchen management.
- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in bartending and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
