We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proven track record in logistics or transportation coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor freight movement efficiently.
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure on-time pickup/ deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve any service issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate record of loads, schedules, and transportation documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Build strong relationships with carriers and customers to support ongoing operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of verified experience in a logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination role (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with logistics/dispatch software (Xpert iT ) and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
