Pay & Compensation (Above Edmonton Market)
Journeyman Rate: $32–$40/hr
Pay based on experience, performance, and trade (HVAC or Sheet Metal)

What You’ll Be Working On
Commercial & residential HVAC and Sheet Metal projects
Installations, retrofits, and system upgrades
New construction and service support
Working independently or leading apprentice crews
Consistent work with an organized, growing shop
What We’re Looking For
Journeyman HVAC or Sheet Metal certification
Commercial and/or residential experience
Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
Valid driver’s license & clean driver’s abstract
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Pride in workmanship and leadership mindset
