Fuzion Donuts is hiring full-time and part-time Customer Service Team Members for multiple locations across Edmonton. Morning and afternoon shifts are available.
Our customer service team members are the face of Fuzion Donuts. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience, providing excellent service, and representing our brand with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take orders accurately and process payments
- Prepare and package customer orders
- Answer questions about our products
- Keep the customer area and workstations clean and organized
- Restock supplies and assist with opening or closing duties
- Work cooperatively with the rest of the team
- Represent the Fuzion Donuts brand professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with the public
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods
- Reliable transportation or a dependable way to get to scheduled shifts
- Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right people

Compensation: $16/hr + Tips
Must be legal to work in Canada. We DO NOT offer LMIA.
