We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to automotive services.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and service histories.

- Maintain a professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and responding to customer requests.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
