One72 Concrete is a Kelowna-based concrete place-and-finish contractor working across the Okanagan on commercial, industrial, and residential concrete projects. Our crews work on slabs, sidewalks, driveways, structural pours, architectural concrete, and specialty concrete scopes throughout the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Concrete Labourer, you will support our placing and finishing crews before, during, and after concrete pours.
Responsibilities may include:
- Helping prepare job sites for concrete pours
- Moving tools, hoses, forms, materials, equipment, and supplies
- Assisting with concrete placement, raking, screeding, and finishing
- Supporting foremen, placers, finishers, and lead hands during pours
- Helping set up and clean up tools and equipment
- Working safely around concrete trucks, pumps, power tools, and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following site safety rules and crew direction
- Learning proper concrete placement and finishing practices

Required:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to perform physical labour outdoors
- Comfortable working on active construction sites
- Able to follow direction and work as part of a crew
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Safety-conscious mindset
Preferred but not required:
- Previous concrete experience
- Construction, civil, landscaping, forming, demolition, or labour experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool or power tool experience
- First Aid, WHMIS, CSTS, or other safety tickets
Wage
$20–$32/hr depending on experience
Entry-level concrete labourers typically start within the lower end of the range. Workers with concrete, placing, forming, civil, or strong construction experience may be considered at a higher starting wage.
Wages are reviewed based on reliability, skill development, production ability, attitude, and overall contribution to the crew.
No concrete experience is required for the right person. We are willing to train reliable workers who want to build a career in the trade.
