Job Posting: Custom Farming Operator
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our custom farming operation. This position offers a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity for growth for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Operating a Haybuster
- Hauling silage
- Solid manure / nutrient application
- Mowing
- Merging
- More opportunities to the right candidate
- Equipment maintenance
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with agricultural equipment preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work long hours when needed
