Keyera is looking for an Analyst to join the Position Management team within the larger Finance organization. Following a recent large business acquisition, Keyera is navigating a period of stabilization and integration of these new assets. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic group focused on supporting that transition while preparing for a major systems evaluation project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of timely and accurate daily/monthly reporting of Mix positions recorded within the ETRM RightAngle application for a specific region
- Reconcile and balance mix inventory locations against 3rd party statements and shipper balances monthly
- Liaise with Supply, Credit, Risk, Contract Control, Settlement and Accounting team members to resolve and eliminate issues impacting exposure, accounts payable, accounts receivable and settlement
- Proactively support the schedulers and traders to ensure the Mix position is accurately reflected in RightAngle
- Analysis of tariffs and transportation pricing
- Ad hoc analytical assignments and reporting as required
- Provide training and support within Position Management team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and development
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products and experience with RightAngle/Entero or other similar ETRM systems would be beneficial
- Highly motivated with strong financial, analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Goal oriented and able to contribute as a team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
