Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring that all WOW locations are supported with safety, systems, culture, work environment, compliance, alignment, etc. The Regional Manager will be the main WOW operations coordinator assisting with acquisitions, greenfields, cross functional coordination, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
This is a hybrid role. You will WFH with understanding that you will be visible at all our Ontario locations.
Responsibilities
- Ability to identify improvement needs, seek assistance, communicate needs, follow up.
- Understands best practices and knowledge of internal/external problems.
- Performs acquisition operational diligence and leads operational integration.
- Will be WOW "Go To" individual to support WOW locations for operational questions, issues, and mentoring.
- Travel to WOW locations and perform thorough site operational evaluation, and address appropriately.
- Work with COO to develop operational strategies to enhance WOW sites.
- Evaluates key business challenges and solves complex problems that impact the area of operations.
- Develops and executes company operational principles and functional strategies.
Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in fleet management with experience managing an operation, P&L, ensuring KPIs are being met, working with vendors, operational issues, and creative solutions to the issues.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations relevant to trailer rental operations is a plus.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time to WOW current & future locations.
- Be the face of the organization for employees, key customers, and other business partners
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Pay: $160,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
