Join our Lease Maturity team at SCI Lease Corp; currently engaged in the leasing of Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM and Maserati vehicles. Have the opportunity to jump into a fast paced and dynamic environment by becoming and critical team member in building and executing a lease maturity strategy designed to support our lessee and dealer experience while maximizing residual values and supporting in the design / maintenance of key business systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage our Customers and Dealers to provide the optimal lease maturity experience whether in retaining a loyal, or in supporting a returning lessee
- Handle phone queues and email campaigns to collect and process any lease maturity inquiries, inspection requests and customer intent concerns
- Review lease returns to ensure all payments have been collected and wear and tear parameters have been properly disclosed, included any required adjustments
- Support in the distribution and initial follow up of the Lease Maturity Statement due to excessive kms or excess wear and tear
- Support in the collection of documents or further deficiencies required in processing a direct lessee buyout of their lease
- Handle all lease maturity customer inquiries
- Assist with lease extension requests
- Support Q&A in reviewing and issuing lease maturity statements and work with vendors to resolve errors in inspection reports
- Assist Quality Assurance team with lease maturity statement adjustment requests
- Other duties as may be assigned

EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years in an administrative/customer service role
- Previous leasing or automotive experience is considered an asset
- Salesforce is considered an asset
- Microsoft Office
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient written and verbal skills in English and French

SALARY: $50,000 CAD - $55,000 CAD
