Position Summary
As a Door Host / Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and property. This position combines security responsibilities with customer service and guest engagement, helping create a positive first impression while ensuring safety standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Verify identification of patrons as required
- Ensure the front entrance and surrounding property remain safe and secure
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and identify potential security concerns
- Provide assistance and support to customers and team members as needed
- Respond to incidents professionally and de-escalate situations when necessary
- Complete detailed incident and shift reports
- Promote events and contribute to a positive guest experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous security or loss prevention experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with the public in a hospitality environment
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
