Limelight Childcare is growing, and we are excited to announce a large hiring initiative for our new location.
We are currently hiring:
- Early Childhood Educators (ECE)
At Limelight Mosaic, we believe early childhood education goes beyond routines and curriculum.
Our philosophy is deeply rooted in child psychology, emotional development, nature-based learning, and art as expression.
Required Qualifications:
- Full proficiency in English (Native)
- Valid ECE certification (BC recognized)
- First Aid & CPR (Infant/Toddler)
- Minimum two professional references
- Resume with relevant childcare experience
Preferred Candidates Will Also:
- Have a strong interest in emotional development, psychology, nature, and art
- See children as whole human beings, not behavioral tasks
- Value reflection, connection, and meaningful guidance over control
Who We Are Looking For:
Educators who are emotionally present, thoughtful, and passionate about nurturing the whole child — not just managing a classroom.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
