Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ticket sales, providing exceptional guest services, and ensuring smooth operations related to event or venue ticketing. Duties
- Manage ticket sales through various platforms according to guests' itineraries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist guests with ticket purchases, and inquiries, while providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors regarding ticketing arrangements, special requests, and cancellation of ticket sales daily.
- Maintain organized records of ticket sales, reservations, and guest interactions, ensuring accuracy.
- Handle inquiries via phone and/or email with professionalism and clarity.
- Support and collaborate with other departments teams to ensure seamless guest experiences on guests' itinerary
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and above
- Language: Fluent in English, Chinese Mandarin (Cantonese is an asset)
- Knows how to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Great attention to details with a great sense of responsibility and time management skills
- Someone who have communication and problem-solving skills, while being able to work in teams and individually
- Experienced in Tourism and Hospitality is a plus (advantage)
- Ability to adapt in fast paced environment and handle high pressure during peak seasons

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
