What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up and maintaining kitchen stations throughout service
- Preparing food safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- Restocking and organizing kitchen supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, coolers, and storage areas
- Working closely with the team to deliver a great guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 12 months of cooking experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling procedures
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to quality food and exceptional service
