Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality environment. Responsibilities
- Manager/Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff to ensure efficient operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee guest services to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all visitors
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately and securely during transactions
- Train, motivate, and support team members to uphold service standards and improve performance
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing staffing levels based on operational needs
- Resolve conflicts or issues that arise among staff or guests with diplomacy and tact
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
