About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in residential painting and takes pride in delivering high-quality work from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Performing interior and exterior painting
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
- Applying paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Following direction from crew leads and project managers
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and clients are satisfied
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed on all projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of painting experience
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, equipment, and prep methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working on ladders and active job sites
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
