Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our compassionate dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and promote oral health education. Duties
- Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Provide oral health education tailored to individual patient needs, including proper brushing and flossing techniques
- Assist in the development of personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental management software
- Support patients through their appointments by addressing questions and alleviating concerns
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a sterile environment
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and safety protocols
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
