Executive Recreation Services Inc. is seeking seasonal lifeguards for our private condo and townhouse complexes this summer in the Scarborough area near Bellamy Rd S and Kingston Rd.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enforce pool and safety regulations as posted
- Ensure safety of all swimmers
- Open and close the pool as per the schedule
- Perform maintenance duties (Includes being responsible for a clean pool and deck area, testing the chemical levels and balance when necessary, ensuring correct pool temperature, etc)
- Keeping accurate documentation as required
- Ensures all pool equipment is working in a satisfactory manner and reports any issues promptly
- Pay rates are based on years of experience and includes a performance based bonus.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification
- Must have a current National Lifeguard certification
- Ability to work well independently
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be safety conscious
- Must be dependable
