Company Overview:
Paris Mechanical Ltd is a premium mechanical contractor serving Metro Vancouver, known for craftsmanship, reliability, and clean execution across our Custom Homes and Multifamily divisions. Our fast growing Multifamily team specializes in wood frame new construction projects, and we're looking for a Plumbing Foreman to lead our on site crews and help us continue raising the bar in the industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a crew of Journeymen and Apprentices on wood frame multifamily new construction sites
- Interpret architectural, interior design plans, and mechanical drawings, and translate them into clear direction for the crew
- Oversee water pipe distribution and insulation jacketing (hot, cold, recirc)
- Oversee installation of water pipe (Pex, Copper, SS, and PVC) and drainage systems (ABS and Cast Iron, including work from ladders at heights)
- Oversee finishing work including trims, toilets, sinks, faucets, shower valves, and tub installations
- Enforce proper use of power tools and safe work practices on site
- Maintain strong product and code knowledge, and ensure crew compliance with plumbing codes
- Perform material takeoffs and manage material flow to avoid delays
- Coordinate directly with Project Managers, other trades, and Paris Mechanical leadership to keep work aligned with schedules and milestones
- Track crew hours and productivity, and report progress to Project Managers
- Conduct quality checks and sign off on completed work to uphold Paris Mechanical's standard of craftsmanship
- Mentor Journeymen and Apprentices, supporting their development and ensuring work meets company and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Journeyman plumbing certificate (Red Seal preferred)
- Minimum 4 years experience in the plumbing industry, including prior experience leading or supervising a crew
- Minimum 2 years experience with multifamily wood frame new construction
- Strong knowledge of residential and multifamily plumbing systems and codes
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate across trades and manage a crew
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $48.00-$56.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 – 42.0 per week
