An important part of this position is your ability to speak both English and French fluently to ensure we are able to help all of our customers across the country.
Position Details:
The role of the natural health consultant within National Nutrition is to offer the highest level of customer service and knowledge to our customers to ensure that they are able to make the best choices for their health.
Consulting on supplementation and making product recommendations is a key component of this position. Our consultants are able to make recommendations on a wide variety of health concerns and match a customer with the appropriate supplement combination to support their well being.
As well, assisting our customers with their more immediately concerns surrounding placing orders and shipping details through a variety of communication methods (phones, chat and email) is required on a daily basis.
This position does require high amounts of screen time within a dedicated personal office space within your home.
A key candidate will also require technical proficiency and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
The level of service expected within this position is the same which you would expect from a consultant within the retail store – professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Every customer needs to feel as though they have received the help or more help then they were looking for when they reached out to connect with us.
The best candidate for this position is passionate about helping people navigate the natural health space and make the correct choices for each person.

You are expected to have a command of each of the professional skills below:
*Bilingual – English and French speaking
*1+ year(s) experience in Customer Service, and/or Retail environment
*1+ year(s) with Health Food Store work experience is required
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Highly Adaptable
*Self motivated and able to work independently
*Approachable and friendly demeanour
*Advanced computer skills
*Initiative to maintain productivity without direction
Responsibilities
*Ability to provide exceptional customer service
*Provide product information regarding Nutritional Supplements
*Answer telephones and chats quickly and proficiently
*Execute customer needs efficiently – placing orders, helping address concerns or providing consultations.
*Excel at managing tickets within our helpdesk ticketing system
*Participate in ongoing learning, including supplier training's, webinars, and telephone training's

Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour – depending on experience
Start Date: Immediately
Natural Health Product Knowledge & experience is required.
Expected Availability: Must be available weekdays, evenings & weekends
Bilingual in English and French required

- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
