Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technology-focused Junior IT Support & Web Specialist to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior IT professional with 1–2 years of experience who wants to grow their skills in IT support, website management, SEO, and digital operations.
The role includes approximately 60% IT support and 40% website, SEO, and digital marketing support.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner who enjoys solving problems, researching solutions independently, and taking on new technology challenges.
Responsibilities
IT Support (Approximately 60%)
- Provide first-level IT support to employees and customers.
- Troubleshoot Windows computers, Microsoft 365, printers, software, and basic network issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist with user accounts, passwords, and access management.
- Provide remote and occasional on-site technical support.
- Manage support tickets and document solutions.
- Research technical issues and implement solutions with guidance when needed.
Website, SEO & Digital Support (Approximately 40%)
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress.
- Update website content, products, and service information.
- Perform basic SEO tasks, including keyword optimization, metadata updates, and content improvements.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Assist with company social media updates, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Support digital marketing activities and online business initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, technical support, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts:TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN,Wi-Fi
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to explore new tools and systems.
Preferred
- Experience with WordPress website management.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Ideal Candidate

Salary: $48,000~$52,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
