Requirements:
Must reside in Ontario, Canada, preferably in the Halton/Flamborough region.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Must be available on weekdays and weekends & in September
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Previous serving/front-of-house experience required
Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
Strong customer service and communication
Responsibilities:
✅ Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and assist with orders.
✅ Accurately process orders and input them into the restaurant system.
✅ Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
✅ Package takeout and delivery orders securely and accurately.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, transactions, and feedback.
✅ Manage incoming phone calls and online orders professionally.
✅ Stay informed about menu items, dietary restrictions, and allergy considerations.
✅ Prepare milkshakes and salads as needed.
✅ Assist with various restaurant tasks to support the team.
