We Plumberman Group Inc. is a growing plumbing company serving Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, Newmarket, King City and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator to help generate qualified plumbing leads and grow our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Generate residential and commercial plumbing leads
- Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Follow up with potential customers and inquiries
- Assist with Google Business Profile growth and review generation
- Create and manage local marketing campaigns
- Track lead performance and marketing results
- Help increase phone calls, quote requests and booked jobs
Requirements
- Experience generating leads for home service businesses
- Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical or construction marketing is a strong asset

Preferred Experience
Candidates with proven results in plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, renovation, restoration or other home service industries will be given priority.
