Lynch Property Services is currently seeking candidates for part time maintenance worker(s). This position is exclusively for weekends and statutory holidays .
REQUIREMENTS:
no criminal record
-class 5 drivers license for minimum of 3 years
-clean drivers abstract
-responsible, self motivated
-physically fit - lots of walking, mowing, shoveling
-own proper winter clothing for cold weather elements
-ability to work efficiently independently and in a group setting
DESCRIPTION:
Shifts are typically from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm, but may vary. Candidates MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE, CLEAN DRIVER'S ABSTRACT, and the ability to get to and from work as public transportation may not be available. Because of the nature of this position, employees must not have a criminal record.
Duties will include: lawn mowing & trimming, shoveling snow, spreading ice melter, litter pick up, inspection of facilities, as well as basic indoor/outdoor maintenance and repair work. Employees must be required to operate hand tools, power tools, lawn mowers, string trimmers and snow blowers.
Experience in any other trades would be considered in determining wage.
Shifts are Saturday and Sunday as well as statutory holidays.
Please note: This is a permanent part time position.
