Location: Yorkton, Saskatchewan
Contract Length: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $29.00 - $34.00/hour (Based on Experience)

About the Role
TRG Staffing Solutions is hiring 15 Commercial Superintendents for a long-term commercial restoration and reconstruction project. This role is ideal for experienced construction leaders who enjoy managing field operations, leading crews, and working in unique communities across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead crews of 8-10 employees.
- Coordinate daily field operations for commercial restoration and reconstruction projects.
- Plan project schedules and oversee subcontractors and job crews.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues efficiently.
- Complete project documentation, reports, and daily logs.
- Maintain strong communication with project managers and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Commercial Superintendent, Site Supervisor, Construction Foreman, or similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate 8-10 employees.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in remote project locations.
- Commercial construction, restoration, or general contracting experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Must have your own steel-toe boots.
- Must be comfortable working a 21 days on / 10 days off rotation.
- Must be willing to travel and stay on-site for project rotations.
- Candidates do not need to be local. Applicants from anywhere in Canada are encouraged to apply.
- Selected candidates will complete a first-round interview with TRG Staffing Solutions, followed by a second interview with the hiring company.

- Work will take place on First Nations Reserves. Respect, empathy, and cultural sensitivity are essential for success in this role.
- Free-roaming dogs may be present on the reserves. Candidates should be comfortable working in this environment.
