Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with formal training in psychotherapy modalities, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or related evidence-based approaches to see children, adolescents, and adults. This role is in-person only (not virtual) and ideal for a clinician who is passionate about supporting clients across the lifespan.
You will work 15 hours per week as an independent contractor and will receive consistent referrals, ongoing team consultation, administrative support, and access to all clinic resources.

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to children (5+), adolescents, and adults
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure integrated care
- Uphold professional and ethical standards as set by your regulatory college
- Attend team meetings or consultations as needed
Requirements
- Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with OASWSSW
- Minimum of formal training in psychotherapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or others)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
- Ability to work in-person only (no virtual services)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
- Must be available for 15 hours per week
