Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or deep tissue.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to ensure personalized care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or exercises.
- Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with licensing requirements and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive listening and effective communication.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by Alberta province regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatment plans.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain procedures and address client concerns.
- Previous experience in massage therapy or related wellness fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $50,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
