Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accounting Deal Clerk to join our accounting team. In this vital role, you will support the accounting department by processing the vehicles sales for the dealership. We are a growing team with lots of opportunity to expand!
Job requirements
- process all Pre-Owned vehicle sales
- balance accounts daily for accuracy
- ensure all vehicle receivables are in current standing.
- reconcile and clean all schedules pertaining to vehicle sales
- payout liens and post all payments into General Ledger
- reconcile and payout all remittances to sold product on deals
Applicant requirements
- Automotive deal posting experience is an asset
- CDK experience is an asset
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and manage fluctuating priorities
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
