A thoughtful family in SW Calgary is looking for a nurturing professional to provide full-time household and childcare support for their young son and newborn sibling. We are offering a competitive wage AND mileage reimbursement for this role!
About the Role:
This position supports a 6 year old child who will be attending grade 1 in September and his newborn sibling to be added to the mix come Fall 2026. The ideal candidate has both infant experience and experience working with neurodiverse children or children who require extra emotional and behavioural support. We are looking for someone who approaches caregiving with empathy, structure, and strong emotional regulation skills.
Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (may switch to 9:30 am - 5:30 pm in September)
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive, developmentally supportive childcare to both a school aged child and newborn
- Supporting emotional regulation and daily routines
- Light housekeeping and family laundry
- Running errands and assisting with meal preparation
- Transportation of child as needed

Transportation Requirement:
Applicants must have a reliable personal vehicle and be willing to insure it appropriately for work use. Mileage will be reimbursed at the CRA rate.
