About the Role
This is a remote, full-time role with stable salary. You’ll play a critical part in helping busy professionals and families take the first step toward life-changing dog training. As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for contacting and qualifying inbound leads and booking consultations for our sales team. You are not required to sell—your focus is simply to establish the first connection, build trust, and schedule calls.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
- Qualify leads based on established criteria
- Schedule discovery calls for our training consultants
- Maintain accurate records and update lead status in our CRM
- Follow scripts and communication templates to ensure consistency and professionalism
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead handling
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or appointment setting role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to handle multiple conversations at once via SMS, phone, and email
- Comfortable using CRM tools and scheduling software
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
- Passion for dogs or the pet care industry is a bonus
