Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and be proficient in using hand tools. This role involves working on diverse projects, including the installation of quartz countertops. The Installer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations that meet our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Install materials such as quartz countertops
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout and installation requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks.
- Perform polishing, caulking and finishing work to enhance the aesthetic quality of installations.
- Conduct plumbing tasks as needed, ensuring all installations are functional and meet safety standards.
- Utilize company time management & project management software.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Strong skills quartz countertops installations.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting.
