Schedule:

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (optional)
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly rate: $45–$56 per hour (dependent on experience)

Staff benefits available following successful completion of a 3-month probationary period
Qualifications:

Current RDH registration and licensure with the CDHO

3+ years of experience preferred
