Position:
We are currently looking to hire Experienced Waterproofers to help our growing team in Edmonton. Projects vary from high end residential to large commercial projects. Hours are weather dependent, but 40-50 hours average a week (with OT paid after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week, whichever is greater).

Tasks/ Responsibilities :
- Follow Foreman and Lead Hand Instruction
- Follow Safety Procedures
- Prep Surfaces
- Mix Coatings
- Apply Coatings
- Run Kettle
- Detail Membranes
- Install Drain Board
- Material Handling
- Site Clean Up
- Help With Repairs
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License or the ability to get to various job sites
- Basic Hand Tools
- PPE (Hard Hat, Steel Toe Boots, Eye protection, Gloves)
- Follow Foreman and Lead Hand Instruction
- Follow Safety Procedures
- Site Clean Up
Assets for applicants:
- Experience in laboring is not required, but some construction background is beneficial
- Safety Tickets (Fall Protection, and CSTS) - Recertification can/will be provided for hired workers, in the course of employment.
